What is RoHS testing?
RoHS is a mandatory standard established by EU legislation. Its full name is "Restriction of Hazardous Substances" (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
The standard has been officially implemented on July 1, 2006, and is mainly used to standardize the material and process standards of electronic and electrical products, making it more conducive to human health and environmental protection.
RoHS testing and certification data preparation
1. Only heavy metal detection: about 5-10g for solids and 5-10mL for liquids;
2. Only detect brominated flame retardants: about 10-20g for solids and 10-20mL for liquids;
3. Carry out the detection of heavy metals and organic pollutants: provide about 20-30g samples;
4. Perform other organic pollutants detection: provide about 30g samples;
5. Only test the samples of the coating (coating) part, and the approximate weight of the material part of the coating (coating) should be indicated; if the weight of the coating (coating) part does not meet the requirements of the sample quantity, the coating should be provided ( Coating) raw materials.

Step 1: The applicant fills in the application form
Step 2: Customers provide product pictures and BOM (bill of materials)
The third step: Yibo staff determine the test cost based on the provided material color and the provided information
The fourth step: After the customer confirms the quotation, sign the application form and service agreement and pay the full project fee, and prepare the test sample and mail the sample
Step 5: The test is passed, the report is completed, the project is completed, and the ROHS test report is issued
Step 6: Mail the paper report
Remarks: If the test is unqualified, the sample needs to be rectified (replacement of raw materials), and then re-tested to pass.
